We use a treasure box to reward students in the classroom. This approach not only motivates students to exhibit positive behavior but also gives students a sense of excitement and accomplishment. Rewards from the treasure box serve as tangible recognition for their hard work, kindness, or perseverance, making learning a more engaging and enjoyable experience for everyone. Additionally, the treasure box encourages goal-setting and responsibility. By working toward earning a reward, students learn the value of persistence and effort. This system also helps to build a positive classroom atmosphere where students feel acknowledged and appreciated, inspiring them to achieve their best academically and socially.
